libcodeblocks0 software package provides Code::Blocks shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcodeblocks0
libcodeblocks0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcodeblocks0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcodeblocks0 *
You will get with libcodeblocks0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
